Regional Center Services
We provide ABA services for children through California Regional Centers. California Regional Centers are nonprofit private corporations that contract with the California Department of Developmental Services to provide or coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Neela Zalmay, M.ADS BCBA
Clinical Director - Bakersfield
Neela Zalmay received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Waterloo. She then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Applied Disabilities with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Brock University as well as her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Neela has experience working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down’s syndrome, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and other, dually diagnosed mental health conditions. Her experience includes various clinical positions in both one-on-one and consultative roles in regional clinics, hospitals and government funded agencies. Neela’s strengths are providing evidence-based intensive early intervention, augmentative communication, analysis and treatment of severe maladaptive behaviors and research in health and behavioral sciences.
She oversees clinical operations in the Bakersfield region and is passionate about research, particularly in behavioral pharmacology and providing evidence-based treatment services.
