Because advanced education can be an essential part of career growth, Behavior Frontiers offers “Grad Expos” for our employees interested in graduate school and in pursuing a Master’s (or higher) degree in early childhood education, psychology, or any ABA program. These special events are offered during the day and evening so that everyone has an opportunity to visit with participating universities and get valuable tools that help to prioritize goals and career momentum.

Capella University offers a certificate and master's level program related to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Capella offers online education for working adults and offers tuition discounts to Behavior Frontier's staff.
The Chicago School offers various master's and doctoral level degree programs within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Tuition discounts are available for staff if 10 or more staff members attend the university.
Drexel University offers a variety of post-bachelors and master's level programs related to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Drexel offers tuition discounts to Behavior Frontier's staff and their family members.
Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). FIT offers hybrid master's programs in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Graduates meet the BACB® requirements to sit for the BCBA exam upon completion of their degree.
