βIΒ started myΒ journey with Behavior Frontiers five years ago asΒ aΒ behavior technician. IΒ remember feeling soΒ excited learning all about ABAΒ β itΒ was aΒ whole new world toΒ meΒ β and how toΒ implement the different strategies toΒ help support our clients and families. Like many ofΒ our new hires, IΒ was anxious about finishing myΒ field training and beginning toΒ work onΒ myΒ own client assignments, but IΒ quickly found that Behavior Frontiers has aΒ community ofΒ strong and committed clinicians and administrative staff toΒ help guide, train and support meΒ atΒ every turn.
Behavior Frontiers stood behind meΒ asΒ IΒ set lofty educational and career advancement goals. IΒ transitioned from Behavior Technician (BT) upΒ toΒ Senior BTΒ inΒ 2015, then onΒ toΒ Training Coordinator inΒ the following year. IΒ needed aΒ Masters degree toΒ continue onΒ myΒ upward trajectory and the company made itΒ possible for meΒ toΒ balance myΒ work, school and supervision hours. IΒ earned aΒ MasterβsΒ ofΒ Education with anΒ emphasis inΒ ABA from Arizona State University inΒ May 2018. IΒ continued toΒ moved upΒ the professional ladder toΒ Case Manager later that year, and inΒ 2019 IΒ was promoted toΒ myΒ current position asΒ aΒ Behavior Supervisor.
IΒ fell inΒ love with the field ofΒ ABA and have felt fully supported atΒ every phase ofΒ myΒ professional growth atΒ Behavior Frontiers. IΒ love that the company encourages continuous growth and IΒ love that IΒ amΒ inΒ aΒ position where IΒ can continue learning while staying hands-onΒ with the kiddos. IΒ love the silly moments with the clients and cherish their development and progress towards their goals.
