Regional Center Services
We provide ABA services for children through California Regional Centers. California Regional Centers are nonprofit private corporations that contract with the California Department of Developmental Services to provide or coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Cindy Barcenas, M.S., BCBA
Clinical Director – North County, San Diego, CA
Cindy Barcenas earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside where she was part of a children's emotion regulation research lab. She later earned her Master’s of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. Cindy supervises ABA services in the home, community and school settings while providing ongoing training to families in discrete trial training (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), and Natural Environment Training (NET). She oversees treatment programs for clients in the North County of San Diego service region.
Max Fernandez, M.S., BCBA
Clinical Director – South, San Diego, CA
Max Fernandez received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and later earned a Master’s degree in Psychology with Applied Behavior Analysis specialization from Capella University. He was a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) from 2013 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016. Max started his career in ABA in 2010 working as a behavior technician implementing direct ABA treatment. As a behavior analyst, he has experience conducting behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing consultation and training in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, schools, and in the community. He also has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults facing a variety of developmental delays. He strives to provide high-quality ABA services and improve the overall quality of life of clients and their families.
Kamila Iacob, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Director – Central, San Diego, CA
Kamila Iacob begun her journey in the field of ABA in 2015 working as a Registered Behavior Technician. Kamila received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palo Alto University in May of 2017, Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in May of 2019, and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in November of 2019. Kamila has experience working in-home and clinic settings offering direct ABA therapy, Supervision, Parent Training (e.g. RUBI curriculum), and RBT/BCaBA/BCBA certification training. Kamila is passionate about involving parents in child’s daily ABA sessions and providing on-going training for Parents, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians. She likes to spend her time researching and developing new skills in ABA and enjoys outdoor activities with her family and two huskies. Kamila oversees treatment program for client’s in Central region of San Diego service region.
